我无法仅凭外观辨认最新的人工养殖虫草和野生虫草。所以我尽量缩短路径，记录采挖者、日期、数量和交付过程。

Appearance alone cannot prove origin. The work is to shorten the chain and record person, date, quantity and delivery.

我能保证的，不应该超过我亲眼看见和亲手记录的范围。

2021年，我第一次近距离接触冬虫夏草。最初我甚至不知道怎样向朋友介绍它。后来有人明确需要野生虫草，我才开始跟着当地采挖者上山，理解这个市场最难回答的问题：一根虫草怎样证明自己来自哪里？

我的办法不聪明，甚至有些笨。它依赖人、时间和持续记录，却可以减少中间环节，也让我自己接受同样的约束。

一根虫草的四步记录 / FOUR STEPS

从山上，到收到它的人手里。FROM THE SLOPE TO THE PERSON WHO RECEIVES IT.

我从持有当季采集证的当地采挖者手中接收当天收获，并记录姓名、日期和数量。

I receive the day’s harvest from locally licensed gatherers and record person, date and quantity.

我让虫草和采挖者的记录保持对应，不从无法解释来源的批发环节补货。

Each batch stays tied to its record; I do not fill gaps with stock of unexplained origin.

我记录去土、清洁、分级和包装过程，让交付不只依赖一句“相信我”。

Cleaning, grading and packing are documented so delivery does not rely on ‘trust me’.

我尽量减少二次流通，并把对应的视频记录交给委托我的朋友。

I minimize onward trading and deliver the corresponding visual record with the batch.

记录边界 / RECORD BOUNDARY

单独一段山上的视频，不足以证明最终收到的每一根虫草。采挖证、当日登记、处理记录和直接交付需要彼此对应。

One clip cannot authenticate a final delivery. License, daily log, handling record and shipment must correspond.
